*Signed Liability and Medical Release
*At least 20 logged dives (one of which must be within 2 months)
*Experience of dry suit diving
*Knowledge and experience of SMB use and deployment techniques

How to Book.
The planned dives are on the web (See Dive Calendar UK) and on the year planner in the club room on the noticeboard at Robin Hood, with the name & phone number of the club trip secretary.
Booking a Trip
Club Trips are opened at the END of the Thursday club meeting as advertised. The trip secretary has the FINAL decision as to how a trip is organised.
On the night that a trip opens, you need to "apply" in person (and pay in full) for your individual place. You can apply on behalf of another person with their name and full payment.
If the trip is over-subscribed at the meeting; Names are then drawn out of a hat, and placed on the trip sheet. Names are drawn until the trip is full. Names are then placed in order on the reserve list until all names are drawn. You will then get confirmation of where your name is placed for that trip. Reserve divers always have preference should you wish to sell your place.
The only person guaranteed to be on any trip is the trip secretary and their buddy. You ONLY have a chance of a place when you have paid in full. Your booking is completed when you sign the booking sheet to confirm that you understand and meet the requirements for diving.
After the trip is open:
Ring the trip secretary to book your place.
You must pay the full cost of the trip to the trip secretary.
PLEASE NOTE: Trips for 2010 will be open for booking & paying 3 months prior to each trip and the full amount will be payable for each person at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
If you find that you are unable to participate in a trip which you have booked and paid for, AND there is no one on the reserve list, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement.
